Mower Racing is UNLAWFUL in NSW.

There has been much misinformation lately. Please read the following:

"Unlawful" means that something is not permitted by law; it constitutes a civil violation. 

We, the Mower Racing NSW Association Inc., are actively working with the Office of Sport to change this so that ALL mower racing communities throughout NSW can participate in racing events.

Until we can race lawfully, we strongly advise against organising any events where activities that could be perceived as racing might occur.

For some clubs throughout NSW, this may also apply to demonstrations. (static displays are still possible) According to legal definitions, a race is any event where traction is lost—such as drifting—and speed plays a significant role.
